Who said only cats can enjoy catnip? While catnip is known to get our furry friends a little crazy, it actually has the opposite effect on humans! Catnip is well known for it's calming effects on us, so it can be great to assist with sleep, easing anxiety, and even headaches/migraines. We've blended this with mild hints of passionfruit, cranberry, apple, and other great herbs such as lemon balm, peppermint, and raspberry leaves, to help relax the mind and body.
